About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support a top\-producing real estate professional in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands\-on experience in real estate, client management, and high\-level deal flow while working in a fast\-paced, growth\-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Management \& Communication

  • Respond to inbound leads from Instagram, Facebook, email, and website inquiries
  • Follow up with warm and cold leads consistently to nurture relationships
  • Qualify prospects and maintain accurate notes in CRM systems
  • * Client Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm appointments (showings, calls, consultations)
  • Coordinate calendars, reminders, and follow\-ups
  • Assist with pre\-qualification and initial client intake process
  • * Email \& Social Media Management

  • Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the agent
  • Reply to social media comments, DMs, and engagement inquiries
  • Maintain timely and brand\-aligned communication
  • * Administrative Support

  • Organize client data, documents, and transaction details
  • Assist with listing coordination and marketing prep (as needed)
  • Track pipeline, deadlines, and follow\-up tasks
  • * Client Experience

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
  • Provide a high level of customer service and responsiveness
  • Ensure every lead and client feels prioritized and valued
  • Required Skills \& Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write
  • professional, clear, and persuasive emails/messages

  • Comfortable handling phone calls with clients and leads
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self\-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Tech\-savvy (CRM systems, Google Workspace, social media platforms)
  • Reliable, responsive, and consistent with follow\-ups
  • Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications

  • Knowledge of
  • Dallas–Fort Worth real estate market and suburbs

  • Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRMs is a Plus (Follow Up Boss, High Level, etc.)
  • Experience managing social media for business (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Understanding of real estate terminology (contracts, showings, offers, etc.)
