What You’ll Own
▶ Recruiting \& Hiring — find great people, bring them on board, and set them up for success
▶ Onboarding \& Terminations — handle the full employee lifecycle with professionalism and care
▶ Daily Scheduling via our SBH App — keep the calendar tight and the team fully deployed
▶ Payroll Report Submission — accurate, on time, every time
▶ Labor Law Compliance — keep us protected and operating by the book
▶ New Client Account Onboarding — make every new client feel like a VIP from day one
▶ SOP Binder Administration — maintain the playbooks that keep our operation sharp
▶ Monthly Team Meetings — help lead with energy, clarity, and purpose
▶ Employee Reviews \& Discipline — be the fair, consistent voice of leadership
▶ Supply \& Consumable Request Routing to Owner — keep operations stocked and efficient
▶ Customer Communication Relay — serve as the bridge between clients and our team (bilingual required)
▶ Administrative Support for Owner — be the operational right hand that keeps everything flowing
Schedule \& Work Style
Full\-Time Hybrid (Office \+ Remote) Daytime primary hours with responsive evening availability (not a second shift — just available when real issues arise). We respect your time and expect you to respect ours.
Who We’re Looking For
✔ A natural people\-person who can balance empathy with accountability
✔ Highly organized with an obsessive eye for detail — dropped balls aren’t your style
✔ Self\-starter who doesn’t need hand\-holding to get things done
✔ Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast\-moving, growing business
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
✔ Experience in HR, administration, or office management preferred
