Responsibilities

  • Operate multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and support customer inquiries
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and accurate record keeping using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, including appointment setting and reminders
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries
  • Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
  • Offer customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
  • Perform general office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Experience

  • Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support roles
  • Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Prior experience handling multi\-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities in a professional setting
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Experience in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping or QuickBooks is a plus for supporting financial transactions
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask seamlessly while maintaining attention to detail
