We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing concerns or directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with office management tasks including inventory control and supply orders.
- Support team members with personal assistant tasks as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for document management and scheduling.
- Experience in customer support or similar roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling software.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Background in office management is a plus.
