Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Operations Assistant to support our day\-to\-day business operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customers are supported, and internal office tasks stay organized.
Key Responsibilities
* Shipping \& Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipping labels and ensure proper packaging of products
- Maintain organization of shipping and inventory areas
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries
- Provide order updates, product information, and basic support
- Assist with organizing invoices and receipts
- Help with data entry and basic financial tracking
- Support bank reconciliations and general accounting tasks as needed
- Assist with day\-to\-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support the team with various operational needs
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software (Excel/Google Sheets /Shopify preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
- Previous experience in shipping, admin, or bookkeeping is a plus

Pay: $18\.00 \- $21\.00 per hour
