This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoice data, supporting our financial operations and maintaining smooth vendor relationships. Responsibilities Enter invoice details into the database with a high level of accuracy. Review and verify invoice information against purchase orders and delivery receipts. Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for resolution. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to clarify invoice issues. Maintain up\-to\-date records and assist with monthly reconciliation processes. Support the finance team with ad\-hoc data requests and documentation as required. Adhere to company policies and data confidentiality standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or administration is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, invoicing, or accounts payable support. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is advantageous. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Clear and professional communication skills.
