This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data, supporting seamless communication and operational efficiency across the company. Responsibilities Collect, verify, and update client information in company databases and CRM systems. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Generate and distribute regular reports related to client data metrics and trends. Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive client information. Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational workflows. Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as needed. Requirements Proven experience in data coordination, data entry, or a related administrative role. Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and data management tools. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
