Input and update customer and account data in company databases and systems. Respond promptly to internal and external requests related to account information. Collaborate with finance, customer service, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive account data at all times. Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to account information management. Identify opportunities to streamline data handling processes and recommend improvements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry, account management, or related administrative roles. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
