Office \& Inventory Assistant Job Type: Part\-Time Schedule: 5 hours per day Location: Old San Juan, Puerto Rico About the Position We are looking for a reliable, organized, and computer\-savvy Office \& Inventory Assistant to support our day\-to\-day back\-office operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers, entering and organizing information, handling paperwork, and assisting with inventory management. Experience with JewelMate, POS systems, or jewelry/retail inventory software is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Enter and maintain inventory information Work with JewelMate or similar inventory management software Use POS systems and assist with POS\-related tasks Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Organize invoices, paperwork, and business documents Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation Prepare and organize back\-office paperwork Assist with general administrative duties Maintain accurate and organized files Provide support to management with daily office tasks Qualifications Previous office, administrative, inventory, or retail experience preferred Strong computer skills Experience with inventory software is a plus JewelMate experience is highly preferred POS system experience preferred Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and follow instructions Basic Microsoft Office/Excel knowledge preferred Schedule 5 hours per day, part\-time.
