As a Remote Customer Records Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and managing our customer data, ensuring that information is accurate, up\-to\-date, and compliant with company standards. Responsibilities Review, verify, and update customer records in the company database. Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to gather and confirm data. Monitor data quality and report inconsistencies or errors promptly. Assist in the implementation of data management best practices and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information. Generate regular reports on data status and improvements. Support audits and compliance checks related to customer data. Qualifications \& Skills High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry, records management, or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
