This role plays a vital part in supporting our business operations by managing, organizing, and analyzing data that drives informed decision\-making. Responsibilities Collect, input, and verify data from various sources with high attention to detail. Maintain databases and ensure data integrity through regular audits. Prepare and distribute routine and ad\-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to identify data needs and improve data collection methods. Support the implementation of data management tools and software. Respond to data inquiries and provide assistance to internal teams as needed. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies. Qualifications \& Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database software. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic understanding of data privacy and security standards.
