This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely management of account data that supports our business operations and decision\-making processes. Responsibilities Manage and verify account data entry, updates, and corrections in company databases. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors. Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy. Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business operations. Assist in developing and implementing data management procedures and guidelines. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive account information. Respond promptly to data\-related inquiries and support ad hoc data requests. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in data management, account administration, or a similar role. Strong proficiency with data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies effectively. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with diverse teams. Self\-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
