This role is essential in maintaining and managing client data, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting our operations from anywhere. Responsibilities Accurately input, update, and maintain client records in the company database. Verify and validate client information to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Respond promptly to client inquiries, escalating issues when necessary. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to support client\-related activities. Generate and distribute regular reports on client data and information trends. Assist in the development and implementation of data management procedures. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding data security. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, client information management, or administrative support. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
