Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews. Adapt to evolving processes and contribute suggestions for enhanced efficiency. Qualifications \& Skills High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in transaction processing, data entry, or related administrative roles. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with financial software is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Basic understanding of financial terminology and transaction workflows.
