Responsibilities
- Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software platforms with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update records regularly, ensuring all information is current and complete
- Verify data entries for consistency, completeness, and correctness before final submission
- Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically for easy retrieval
- Assist with data collection tasks, including transcription of handwritten or audio records into digital formats
- Generate reports using tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends and summaries
- Support order entry processes by accurately recording transactions and processing related documentation
- Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for creating pivot tables and managing spreadsheets
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Experience working with databases, ERP systems, or other data management software
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple files, records, and tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations
- Previous clerical or administrative experience involving filing, data collection, or transcription is highly desirable
