We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient office management, and delivering excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Use Microsoft Office and Google applications to prepare documents, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support office management tasks to ensure an efficient workflow within the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects while demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, inside sales, or a similar position is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management practices, team dispatching, and procedures is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
