Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Serve as the first point of contact by handling multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Coordinate projects across departments, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and conferences through meticulous event planning and logistical support.
  • Oversee office management duties such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide executive administrative support including personal assistant tasks like managing confidential information, screening calls, and handling special requests with discretion.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role with strong office management skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Strong typing skills combined with transcription and proofreading expertise for professional document preparation.
  • Experience with project coordination, event planning, bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred), and data entry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette across multi\-line phone systems.
  • Familiarity with office technology including DocuSign for electronic signatures and multi\-platform computer literacy.
  • Prior experience supporting executives or high\-level professionals is highly desirable.   • Pay: $36,000\.00 \- $53,000\.00 per year
