Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented "all\-rounder" to join our real estate team. This role is a blend of high\-level administrative support, meticulous data management, and practical field assistance. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys maintaining organized systems and is equally comfortable handling errands and property logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry \& Management: (Priority) Accurately input and update listing information, client data, and transaction details into the MLS, CRM, and internal tracking spreadsheets. Ensure all records are kept current and error\-free.

* Administrative Support: Manage and organize digital and physical client files; coordinate schedules, showings, and meetings; and assist with transaction coordination from contract to closing.

* Operational Errands \& Logistics: Handle essential off\-site tasks, including purchasing items for home staging, managing large\-scale printing orders, and delivering documents or materials.

* Property Staging \& Field Support: Assist with on\-site property preparation, including staging setup for open houses, meeting inspectors, and coordinating with photographers.

* Reporting \& Analysis: Compile data for Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and maintain market trend spreadsheets using pivot tables and data visualization.

Qualifications:

* Precision in Data Entry: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to input large amounts of data quickly and accurately.

* Confident Driver: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for local errands (staging supplies, print shops, property visits).

* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (data organization/formatting) and the ability to quickly master real estate platforms (MLS, DocuSign, CRM).

* Proactive Problem\-Solver: A "can\-do" attitude—willing to handle everything from complex filing to physical tasks like moving staging decor.

* Organizational Expert: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize a diverse to\-do list without losing focus.

* Preferred: A Real Estate License or experience in a real estate/notary office environment.
