We are busy business owners with multiple businesses and properties seeking a organized and dependable Administrative Personal Assistant to help with both personal and professional responsibilities.

Duties \& Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across multiple businesses, including document preparation, file management, scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.

Scan, file, and organize important business documents, contracts, and records to maintain an efficient and easily accessible filing system.

Assist with errands, personal tasks, and organization to help maintain a smooth and efficient daily routine.

Assist with invoices, basic bookkeeping support, tracking expenses, and coordinating with vendors or service providers.

Help manage social media, emails, calls, messages, and online communications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting family\-run businesses or small business owners
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, social media platforms, and various online productivity tools
  • Comfortable managing both business and personal administrative tasks
  • Flexible, dependable, and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem solving

  • A Day in This Role Might Look Like…

    No two days are exactly the same. One morning might start by reviewing emails, social media posts, organizing the day's priorities, and responding to guest inquiries. You may help coordinate schedules, prepare documents, or organize files for one of the businesses.

    Later in the day, you might assist with updating QuickBooks entries, scanning and filing important paperwork, organizing digital records, or following up with vendors or contractors. Some days may include helping manage communications for rental properties, assisting with administrative needs for business operations, or running a quick errand to keep things moving smoothly.

    You may also help organize, track invoices or expenses, coordinate appointments, or assist with general tasks that help both business and daily operations stay efficient.

    The ideal candidate enjoys variety, stays organized even when things are busy, and takes pride in being the person who helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

    Working Conditions

  • Work primarily from our home office in Hillsboro, Ohio, with occasional travel to Washington Court House
  • Provide direct support during regular business hours, typically Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (hours are somewhat flexible)
  • Occasional schedule adjustments may be required with advance notice
  • This is a part\-time position
  • Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role required
  • License / Certification Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug test

Pay: $20\.00 per hour
