This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate billing and data management, supporting our financial operations from a remote setting. Responsibilities Enter and update billing information into company databases with precision and efficiency. Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing invoices. Review billing statements and identify discrepancies or errors for correction. Maintain electronic and physical records of billing transactions in compliance with company policies. Communicate with internal departments and external clients to clarify billing issues as needed. Generate reports related to billing activities and assist with month\-end closing processes. Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols at all times. Qualifications \& Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance, accounting, or data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, billing, or administrative roles, preferably in a remote environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently. Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems is advantageous.
