We are a rapidly growing, nationally ranked (Top 1%) luxury vacation rental management company overseeing 40\+ premium properties across Sonoma County, the Russian River, and coastal areas. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of field operations, troubleshoot maintenance issues, manage our in\-house amenities programs, and ensure our properties look and function beautifully. Duties
* Comprehensive Maintenance: Perform regular preventative maintenance and minor handyman tasks across luxury vacation rentals, including basic plumbing troubleshooting, tightening fixtures, changing HVAC filters, and smart lock/thermostat maintenance.
* Hot Tub Management: Execute our standardized in\-house hot tub service protocol, including chemical balancing, cleaning, filtering, and draining/refilling to ensure readiness for back\-to\-back guest turnovers.
* Supply \& Inventory Logistics: Deliver and organize bulk supplies to locked supply closets. Restock property essentials (coffee stations, bathroom amenities, paper goods) strictly adhering to our standardized visual presentation matrix.
* Emergency Response: Serve as a reliable, proactive responder for urgent guest\-facing issues (e.g., lockouts, appliance malfunctions, or heating issues) to ensure zero friction during their stay.
* Tech\-Enabled Workflow: Utilize property management and task software (Breezeway, Monday.com) daily from your company\-provided smartphone to track work orders, upload required property photos, and communicate in real\-time with our remote admin team.
* Vendor Coordination: Provide boots\-on\-the\-ground support when our specialized vendor partners (pest control, major plumbing, etc.) need access or oversight at a property.
* Quality Assurance: Lead safety and presentation inspections, ensuring every property maintains the grounded, sophisticated, and cared\-for "BOP standard."
Requirements
* Experience: Proven hands\-on experience in property maintenance, handyman repairs, facilities management, or vacation rental field operations.
* Transportation: Must have your own highly reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and active auto insurance. (Full mileage is reimbursed).
* Tech\-Savvy: Highly comfortable using smartphone apps for task management, digital checklists, and team communication.
* Detail\-Oriented: A sharp eye for luxury presentation; you understand that an unaligned cabinet door or a messy supply closet is unacceptable.
* Schedule Flexibility: Hospitality is a 24/7 industry. You must be willing to participate in a compensated on\-call rotation for after\-hours and weekend guest emergencies.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks clearly with remote management, vendors, and occasionally interact warmly with guests.
