Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal case files using document management systems such as Clio.
  • Assist with legal research across diverse practice areas including estate planning, probate, guardianship, Medicaid planning, and more.
  • Support attorneys with legal drafting, proofreading, transcription, and document review to uphold high\-quality standards.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court filings while managing calendars for multiple attorneys.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Qualifications

  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Proven clerical or administrative experience within a law office or professional environment.
  • Familiarity with legal case management software such as Clio.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with meticulous proofreading abilities.
  • Experience in legal document drafting and review along with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
