Job Summary
Hi, I'm Brady Hunsaker. I'm a fantasy author based out of Providence, UT. I'm seeking a personal assistant to help with a lot of the tasks around publishing books and managing inventory and interacting with customers and other professionals to coordinate various projects. I'd want somebody who can help organize data, follow SOP's, and potentially help with some of the day\-to\-day tasks that would help me be able to focus more on writing books.
Fantasy enthusiasts are especially welcome! Haha.
Duties
- Manage and maintain complex calendars using tools such as Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and preparing reports with accuracy.
- Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Handle office management responsibilities such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Perform clerical duties such as transcription, proofreading, and office supply management.
- May also be assigned to assist with some social media posts.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills to handle transcription tasks accurately.
- Strong project coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Office management expertise including filing systems, and office supplies management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
