Prosperity Training Center is a certified Nurse Assistant Training Program (NATP) committed to empowering students through quality education and skilled instruction. We are seeking a dedicated Program Administrator to help lead and support our staff, students, and ongoing program goals.
### Position: Program Administrator
Type: Full\-Time \| Reports To: Director of Operations
### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for all staff and instructors.
- Create, monitor, and update the organizational chart annually or as needed.
- Develop and maintain an instructor monitoring checklist aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, logistics, events, meetings, and internal policy execution.
- Resolve conflicts and address operational issues as they arise.
- Train, support, and guide staff and instructors in their professional roles.
- Provide counseling and support to students as needed.
- Serve as the main point of communication for students, parents, regulatory bodies, and the community.
- Collaborate in the development and enhancement of the school’s curriculum.
- Generate invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, student data, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee and maintain the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
- Work with content creators to produce engaging materials for the website and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and distribute approved marketing materials throughout the community.
- Assist in hiring, recruiting, and onboarding of new instructors.
- Support ongoing program development, collaborate with approved training programs across multiple states, and contribute to strategic growth and market expansion.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (preferred, not required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with learning management systems (LRM software)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Background in education, workforce training, or marketing a plus
