We are seeking a reliable and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a part\-time position For Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am\-5pm. Must Have Dental Office Experience.
\`\`\`Responsibilities\`\`\`
\- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
\- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
\- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
\- Receive and distribute mail and packages
\- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
\- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
\- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking conference rooms and arranging catering
\- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
\`\`\`Experience\`\`\`
\- Previous Dental Receptionist experience with Dental Computer Software or working as a receptionist or personal assistant is required 5 years or more !
\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
\- Experience in project coordination
\- Knowledge of dental office procedures is desirable for medical receptionist positions
\- Proficiency in Google Suite or other computerized systems is required
\-Patterson Eaglesoft experience is a plus!
