We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and routing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading to support office operations
  • Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting for staff or clients as needed
  • Assist with office management tasks including supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and supporting clerical functions
  • Support customer service efforts by providing information, answering questions, and offering support via phone or in person
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document proofreading, and managing correspondence through Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and visitors effectively
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles with a focus on professionalism and clear communication
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is preferred but not required; strong organizational skills are essential
  • Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment
  • Experience in medical or dental reception is a plus; personal assistant experience or office experience is valuable
