Job Overview
Basin Prep II LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various databases and systems while working from home.
Responsibilities
- Enter data into databases, ERP systems, and other software with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update records through data entry, filing, and organization
- Verify data for completeness and correctness before inputting into systems
- Support data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources
- Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic calculations, and generate reports
- Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions
- Conduct transcription tasks and support clerical functions such as filing and document management
- Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or office administration is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with databases
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
- Prior office experience involving filing, data collection, and organizational tasks is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working remotely
- Good organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate records
