Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support both personal and professional tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys problem\-solving, and is eager to grow alongside dynamic business operations. We are looking for someone who is okay with working full time; until 10pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day\-to\-day administrative and personal tasks.
  • Run errands as needed (must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license).
  • Maintain organization across multiple priorities, schedules, and projects.
  • Support with property management tasks.
  • Handle data entry and basic reporting in Excel and other computer applications.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast\-moving environment.
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and basic computer programs.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required.
  • Knowledge of real estate or property management a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
