Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical)
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Support team members with various administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Greet visitors and provide general support to clients
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time\-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with office management tools and software
- Basic bookkeeping or data entry experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Office\-based role
