Responsibilities
Administrative \& Operations
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Organize files, documents, and internal systems
- Maintain CRM systems
- Assist with transaction coordination and deal tracking
- Support agent needs and internal communication
- Act as a right\-hand to ownership across businesses
- Help prioritize tasks and manage daily workflow
- Coordinate meetings, follow\-ups, and projects
- Assist with inbox management and communications
- Support initiatives for:
- Barlowe Daly Realty
- SipIt
- Easy Move
- Help with project execution, vendor coordination, and growth initiatives
- Assist in building systems, processes, and reporting
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Excellent typing speed along with transcription and proofreading skills for accurate document preparation.
- Strong project coordination abilities with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills across multi\-line phone systems; capable of handling high\-volume calls professionally.
- Knowledge of office procedures including filing systems, data entry, and front desk operations.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic signatures; experience in event planning is a plus.
