- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office operations and record keeping.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and electronic scheduling.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and monitor and fill canceled appointments to optimize office productivity.
- Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining accurate records of correspondence.
- Proofread written communications for spelling, grammar and professionalism.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to support seamless communication.
- Maintain credit cards on file within secure practice systems and process payments.
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably within a healthcare setting such as counseling offices.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient needs effectively.
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems, filing systems, calendar management, and proofing documents is preferred.
