We are seeking an experienced and proactive Nanny/Personal Assistant to support a busy family household. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the family's calendar, pick\-up and drop off, coordinating schedules, handling various administrative tasks, and providing thought partnership on various projects and initiatives.
- Drop off child for school in mornings (\~6:45am)
- Pick up child from school in the afternoon (3pm \- 7pm)
- Drop off and pick up children from extra\-curricular activities (sports, music, tutoring, etc.)
- Weekly grocery ordering and pick up
- Prepare kids lunches, snacks and dinner
- Complete errands as\-needed
- Help with homework and ensure completion
- Ensure child's space is tidy and they are prepared for the next day
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for the child
- Engage the child in age\-appropriate activities, games, and outings
- Communicate regularly with parents about the child's well\-being and progress
- Manage the family's calendar and scheduling, including appointments, activities, travel, and events
- Review emails from the kids' school and add pertinent dates and deadlines to the calendar
- Meet regularly with the homeowner to understand the current task list and work proactively to remove tasks from their plate
- Communicate any changes or important events happening to the relevant family members
- Provide thought partnership and support as the homeowner manages investment properties
- Assist with the research, planning, and execution of starting and potentially expanding a business
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation
- Run errands, make appointments, and handle other personal tasks on behalf of the family)
- Clean Driving Record and reliable transportation
- Nanny/Childcare/Babysitting experience preferred, especially with school\-age children
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to build a positive rapport with the child
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Flexibility to accommodate changes in schedule as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and solution\-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management or coordination a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptable to changing schedules and priorities
- Proficient in using productivity and calendar tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
