We are looking for a reliable, organized assistant to support a growing local business with administrative tasks, marketing projects, and general operations.

This position begins at approximately 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling, with strong potential to grow into additional hours or a full\-time role for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem\-solving, and helping a small business stay organized and efficient.

Opportunities for performance\-based raises and bonuses as responsibilities grow.

Approximately 10 hours per week to start but opportunity to grow into a full\-time position.

Flexible scheduling. Some work can be done remotely, though in\-person tasks in the Rapid City area will be required.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing emails and administrative tasks
  • Creating marketing materials and social media posts (Canva helpful)
  • Data entry and organizing digital files
  • Coordinating appointments and scheduling
  • Running occasional local errands (signs, supplies, etc.)
  • Assisting with marketing projects and client communication
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Helping organize systems and workflows
  • Responsibilities may grow over time based on skills and interests.

    Qualifications

    Ideal candidates will be:

  • Organized and detail\-oriented
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Professional and reliable
  • Strong communicator
  • Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Administrative or office support
  • Social media or marketing
  • Canva or design tools
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / Dropbox
  • CRM or database systems
  • Additional Requirements

  • Reliable transportation for occasional errands
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks and projects
