Position Summary
Tremker Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure efficient office management. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, clerical, and coordination support to the leadership team, clinicians, and program staff. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the organization.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff and leadership.
- Maintain organized client records and office documentation in accordance with confidentiality standards.
- Assist with intake coordination and communication with clients, partners, and service providers.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
- Support program coordination, including scheduling services and maintaining program records.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchasing when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases related to clients, volunteers, or program activities.
- Support grant documentation, reports, and other organizational compliance requirements.
- Help coordinate meetings, trainings, and events.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office technology.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a healthcare, behavioral health, or social services setting.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or electronic records systems.
- Experience supporting grant\-funded programs or community services.
