We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant Lead of Capital Deployment to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing administrative functions related to capital investment projects, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting strategic deployment initiatives. Responsibilities
* Paralegal background is required. Must understand corporate governance and IP documentation.
- Manage all administrative aspects of capital deployment projects, including scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping
- Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners using phone systems and email correspondence
- Oversee calendar management for project timelines, meetings, and deadlines using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for project documentation, budgets, and reports
- Assist with proofreading reports, preparing presentations, and ensuring all documents are error\-free and well\-organized
- Seeking a high\-teeth operational lead to coordinate a high\-stakes funding sprint. I am the Visionary/Founder; I need a "Closer" to audit internal assets, manage stakeholder compliance, and finalize institutional bridge loan applications.
- High\-level Project Coordinator needed for a 2\-week funding sprint. Duties include asset auditing, stakeholder management, and document preparation for institutional capital
- Payment is contingent on recorded activity in Google Workspace. If there are no edits in the "Version History" or "Activity Dashboard," there is no proof of work.
- Proven office management experience with a strong background in administrative support within a corporate or financial environment
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Audit of all IP documentation in Google Shared Drive.
- Direct management of stakeholder communication to extract missing signatures.
- Drafting of five (5\) leadership Job Descriptions (COO, Sales, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic computer literacy skills
- Experience with calendar management tools and time management strategies to coordinate multiple projects seamlessly
- Contractor agrees to perform all work within the Employer’s Google Workspace. Hours will be verified via Google Version History and daily activity logs. Invoices for hours with no corresponding "edit history" or "file activity" in the Shared Drive will not be approved.
- Paralegal experience.
- Must be highly assertive.
- Expert\-level Google Workspace skills (Shared Drives, Sheets, Task Management).
- Minnesota residency preferred for professional alignment.
- Contractor is hereby notified that under MN law, theft of electronic data or trade secrets with a value/loss exceeding $2,500 is a FELONY punishable by up to ten (10\) years in prison and a fine of $50,000\. 3\. NO AUTHORIZATION TO DOWNLOAD: Contractor shall only access data via the provided Google Workspace. Any attempt to download, copy, or export source code or PII to a personal device without written consent is an immediate breach and will be reported to the Rochester Police Department and the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

* Information Security Mindset: You will work under a strict "Zero\-Trust" protocol. You will facilitate the delivery of audited success reports (CSV) and patent\-filing confirmations without requiring or receiving access to the underlying 29\-layer source code, internal financial ledgers, or PII.
Experience
* PROBATIONARY TERMS: This contract begins Feb 16 and ends Feb 27 for the initial trial. Upon successful funding submission and JD delivery, the rate may increase to $42\.00/hr. effective March 1\.
* CONFIDENTIALITY: Contractor shall not disclose any IP, financial data, or stakeholder information to third parties.

* Compliance: Offer is contingent upon a background check and signing a high\-security NDA. In accordance with MN "Ban the Box" laws, criminal history will only be considered after an initial interview and in direct relation to the role's duties.
* PROPRIETARY INFORMATION \& IP PROTECTION AGREEMENT 1\. DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: Includes all source code, software, trade secrets, financial projections, and stakeholder lists. 2\. DEFINITION OF THEFT (CRIMINAL NOTICE): Contractor acknowledges that any unauthorized transfer, retention, or publication of the Employer’s computer software or electronic data (Source Code) is a violation of Minnesota Statute § 609\.89 (Computer or Electronic Data Theft) and § 609\.52 (Theft of Trade Secrets).
