Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management or clerical roles. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and staff. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document proofreading
  • Support office management tasks including filing, record keeping, and inventory management
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Handle mail distribution, faxing, scanning, and other clerical duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles; previous receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
  • Ability to handle proofreading tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in medical or dental reception is desirable but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certifications are preferred

Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time

Pay: $19\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
