Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This vital role involves managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail\-oriented, and proficient in office management tools and communication systems. Experience with medical or dental reception, bookkeeping, or personal assistant duties is a plus.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, direct calls, and handle inquiries efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records regularly
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and billing tasks
  • Assist with office management duties such as organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing questions and providing information
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism before distribution
  • Handle administrative tasks including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting team members with clerical needs
  • Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times
  • Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks
  • Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and staff
  • Previous office experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping, calendar management, proofreading, and filing processes
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to support a welcoming environment

Pay: From $11\.50 per hour
