Duties

  • Assist with property leasing activities, including scheduling tours, processing applications, and maintaining leasing records using MRI software.
  • Manage resident communications, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, or in person while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Enter data accurately into property management systems; handle filing, record keeping, and document organization efficiently.
  • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and facilities management.
  • Handle conflict management situations professionally by mediating resident concerns or disputes with tact and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain accurate data entry within property management thru our MRI Platform.
  • Support property maintenance requests and following up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, document management, and record keeping for documents, contracts, and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person by addressing inquiries professionally, managing conflicts effectively, and fostering positive relationships with residents and vendors.
  • Assist with rent collection, late notices, and lease renewals.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Skills

  • Proficiency in all aspects of administration.
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities..
  • Exceptional organizational skills for filing, record keeping, data entry, and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with residents, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Pay: $20\.00 \- $23\.00 per hour
