About the Role
RTE Cuisine is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support our CEO during an exciting growth phase. This role blends high\-level executive support with operational coordination, project management, and cross\-functional execution in a fast\-moving food company.
You’ll work closely with the CEO to keep priorities organized, communication flowing, and key initiatives moving forward. This is an ideal role for a seasoned Executive Assistant who enjoys taking on broader responsibility, or an operations\-minded professional who thrives in a hands\-on, highly collaborative environment.
This is not a purely administrative role—and not a traditional Chief of Staff. It’s a trusted partner role focused on execution, organization, and momentum, with meaningful exposure to operations, supply chain, sales and culinary teams.
What You’ll Do
Executive Support \& CEO Partnership
- Provide high\-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, inboxes, travel, and preparation for meetings and presentations
- Help prioritize CEO time, track action items, and ensure follow\-through
- Draft and organize communications, notes, and internal documentation
- Support cross\-functional coordination across operations, culinary, sales, and external partners
- Help organize timelines, deliverables, and ownership for key initiatives
- Organize and maintain clean, scalable digital file systems and documentation
- Assist with basic finance workflows including AP/AR tracking and reporting
- Support relationships with co\-packers, warehouses, and 3PL partners
- Track inventory levels and flag risks or upcoming needs
- Assist with samples, requirements, production scheduling, packaging specs, logistics, and freight coordination
- Coordinate tastings, demos, customer visits, and partner meetings
- Manage sample kits, sell sheets, and marketing or branded materials
- Support culinary leadership with recipe ideation and menu applications
- Assist with food photography and visual content coordination (hands\-on skills a plus, not required)
- 4–7\+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or coordination roles
- Executive Assistant ready for broader scope, or an operations\-minded generalist
- Exceptionally organized, sharp communication skills, and solution\-oriented
- Ablilty to multi\-task with a passion for growth and a positive attitude
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
- Familiar with basic finance processes (invoicing, expenses, AP/AR)
- Bonus: experience in foodservice, hospitality, or supply chain environments
- Direct partnership with the CEO in a growing food company
