About the Role
We are seeking an Entry\-Level Operations Assistant to support day\-to\-day operation and administrative tasks at a growing lifestyle retail brand. This is a part\-time, hands\-on position ideal for someone starting their career in brand, retail, or e\-commerce operations and looking for a stable role with clear responsibilities and training provided.
You will work closely with the Operations team to support core workflows that keep the business running smoothly. As a small team, you will be involved in multiple areas of daily operations, gaining practical, real\-world experience in retail and wholesale processes.
Responsibilities
Operations, Order, Administrative Support
- Support data entry and system updates related to orders, inventory, and daily operations
- Process orders across multiple channels, including the online store, retail partners, and showroom POS
- Enter and maintain order and inventory data accurately in the warehouse and internal systems
- Organize and enter purchase order (PO) details into internal systems
- Assist with invoice drafts and order\-related documentation
- Update order status logs, trackers, and internal records
- Support basic POS\-related tasks, including order entry and reconciliation
- Support basic customer service tasks related to orders and fulfillment, as needed
- Assist with resolving minor order or inventory issues in coordination with the Operations team
- Update and upload product details across internal systems and sales channels
- Organize and maintain operational assets such as product photos, sales sheets, catalogs, emails, and internal documents
- Assist with stockroom organization and inventory maintenance
- Receive and review incoming products for quantity and condition
- Support sample management, including organizing, tracking, and fulfilling product samples
- Help maintain accurate inventory records across systems
- Support general operational needs as required in a small team environment
- Support tradeshows, events, sample sales, and pop\-ups when applicable
- Assist with preparation, organization, and on\-site operational support as part of a collaborative team
- Fluent in English
- Basic Korean is a plus, but not required (for communication with partners/vendors in Korea)
- Basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizenship or Green Card required)
- 2–4 years of college completed, or currently enrolled students
- Detail\-oriented and comfortable with repetitive, accuracy\-focused tasks
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow established processes
- Comfortable with light physical tasks such as lifting boxes and organizing shelves
- Able to work independently under supervision in a small team setting
- Hourly rate: $17–18/hour, depending on experience
- 15–25 hours per week / 2\-4 days per week
