Duties ---------- Brief Duties of the Position: Greets jurors and court stakeholders professionally; secures resources related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); shares relevant information; and resolves payment inquiries. Enters data and scans/validates juror bio\-forms; manages the Jurors on Call system; processes notices; and responds to requests. Reviews reports to monitor compliance with standards and alerts management of deviations to improve data quality. Processes incoming and outgoing mail by opening, reviewing, and sorting. Responds to inquiries received in person, by telephone, email, voicemail, Live Chat, and eJuror. Ensures the efficient and fair management of jurors related to summoning, qualification, enrollment, selection, orientation, and payment. Collaborates with judicial chambers, United States Attorney's Office, and other stakeholders to support overall operations. In addition to the federal health plans, the DC Courts offer employees supplemental vision and dental plans as well as a commuter transit benefit subsidy, for a maximum of $150 a month.
