Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team! Duties Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and managing multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping using QuickBooks, maintaining supplies, and overseeing general administrative functions Assist with medical or dental receptionist duties when needed, including patient check\-ins and appointment scheduling Maintain organized filing systems, process incoming correspondence, and ensure timely follow\-up on pending items Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Previous experience as a personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist is a plus * Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment Join us as an Administrative Coordinator and be part of a team that values energetic professionalism and dedicated service!
