Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. Duties Provide dedicated support to executive leadership, including but not limited too, following up with daily emails and tasks using tools like Microsoft applications. Oversee all office operations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity. Handle correspondence and preparing reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage bookkeeping tasks using our software including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping. Serve as the front line for aiding our customer service team to efficiently and professionally handle consumer inquiries and wholesale distributor inquiries. Facilitate data entry and clerical tasks, data management, and maintaining confidential records with precision. Support production coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, inventory projections and ensuring timely completion of purchase orders. Utilize office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high\-quality documents and emails. Assist with personal assistant duties as needed to support executive team members in their daily routines. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications. Excellent typing speed combined with attention to detail for accurate document preparation. Strong bookkeeping capabilities using accounting software to complete tasks. Effective communication skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; experience in data entry is essential. Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and basic office technology to ensure seamless communication flow. Strong organizational skills are vital for success in this role.
