Responsibilities Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy. Verify and cross\-check data for completeness and correctness before processing. Organize and manage electronic files and records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality. Generate and distribute reports as required by management. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection standards. Assist with other administrative tasks related to data management as needed. Qualifications \& Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a related administrative role. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable using database software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a virtual environment.
