Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously to appropriate departments or personnel Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office workflows Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks to support administrative functions Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for staff or executives Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette Support office management tasks such as organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk area Experience Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar tools Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading, typing accuracy, and time management Experience working as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and general office management software Join us to make a meaningful impact by delivering outstanding customer service while supporting daily office operations.
