Responsibilities Manage and update client records with precision and confidentiality. Verify accuracy of data entries and resolve discrepancies promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure records are complete and compliant. Maintain digital filing systems and ensure secure storage of sensitive information. Assist in the preparation of reports related to client data and records management. Respond to internal inquiries regarding client information in a timely and professional manner. Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation. Continuously improve record\-keeping processes and recommend best practices. Requirements Proven experience in records management, data entry, or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. Proficiency with database management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in records management or administration are a plus.
