This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations by providing essential administrative support from a remote setting. Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and inventory. Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and internal communications. Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed. Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries. Organize and maintain digital files and databases to support operational workflows. Support scheduling and calendar management for team meetings and deadlines. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and suggest solutions. Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in wholesale or retail environments. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data management systems. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment. Problem\-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to tasks.
