About the Role We are looking for a mid\-level Administrative \& Payroll Coordinator to own the day\-to\-day operations of our office and take full responsibility for payroll processing across our client portfolio. This is not a support role — you will be the point person for keeping our office running and our payroll function accurate and on time. Korean language ability is preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities Office Administration Own front\-office operations: phones, mail, supplies, scheduling, and visitor management Manage calendars and coordinate internal and client meetings via Microsoft Outlook Support client and staff onboarding and offboarding, including document management and system access Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems and ensure records compliance Occasionally handle document delivery to the post office or client locations Payroll Processing Own the payroll process for a diverse portfolio of business clients using Payroll Relief, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while serving as a trusted point of contact for payroll\-related matters. Collect, verify, and enter payroll data accurately and on schedule Respond to client payroll questions and coordinate with the accounting team on payroll\-related matters Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal requirements Accounting Support Enter billing information and perform data entry in QuickBooks Assist with accounts payable and client payment collection Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Required 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or office coordinator role, preferably in a professional services environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities without close supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Preferred Experience with payroll processing (any platform; Payroll Relief experience is a plus but not required) Familiarity with QuickBooks Prior experience in an accounting, CPA, or financial services firm Korean language proficiency — written and spoken, at a professional business level Compensation \& Benefits We invest in the people who build this firm. Compensation is competitive and structured to reward performance, leadership, and long\-term contribution to the firm. Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually \+ performance bonus.
