Description Veterinary Client Service Representative/Receptionist Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists 2426 Ceegee St, San Antonio, TX 78217 Schedule: This is a full\-time position, typically working 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with occasional shifts extending to 12:00 AM to support hospital coverage. Days may vary, and weekend availability is required. About You You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast\-paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi\-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.
