Oversee office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, filing systems, and front desk duties to create a welcoming environment. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record management. Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals. Use multi\-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer service approach. Experience Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role within an office environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets), and office management software such as DocuSign. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced setting. Experience managing calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling tools. Familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record keeping. Excellent typing speed combined with transcription skills for accurate documentation. Knowledge of office procedures including filing systems, data entry processes, clerical tasks, and front desk operations.
